We are experienced in the design and delivery of Arenas, Sports Clubs, Sports Science Facilities, Cinemas, Arts Centres, Play Centres, Visitor Centres and Public Houses.
FOB Play can provide a comprehensive or bespoke service from concept design to a project management role . We are highly experienced in successfully obtaining planning permission /change of use for many complex projects that are located in sensitive or industrial/commercial zones.
Led by Director Ian Malyan, FOB Play are involved in a wide range of sports, leisure and play centre projects across the UK from new build to fit-out projects in retail or commercial locations. We also work closely with many of the country’s leading suppliers of play, leisure equipment and set design.
FOB are currently designing and delivering a wide range of play facilities around the country that include a 25,000ft2 Childrens’ entertainment centre in Manchester’s Chill Factore and a multi-level fully sustainable 30,000ft2 sports and leisure facility near Heathrow Airport.
